Altex proudly offers the highest quality components & products. However in the unlikely event that one should fail we have established the following policy to help speed up the return and/or replacement process. As always we would like to thank you for your continued patronage. |
Merchandise Return & Warranty Policy
An Original Receipt is required for all Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty Services. |
All returns and exchanges must include all contents included in the original packaging. |
Returns and exchanges are valid for 14 days from the original date of purchase on qualified items. |
Altex offers a 90-day limited warranty, which covers defects in materials or workmanship in originally purchased products from date of original purchase. Product may be replaced or repaired at Altex and/or the manufacturers discretion. |
A 15% Restocking Fee may be charged on returned products. |
