Absolutely not, although there are numerous advantages having an Altex customer account that makes your shopping experience a breeze. All quotes are done for free, whether the quote is for large order quantity pricing, a hard to find special order part, or just a couple of networking cables.

If I make a purchase online can I pick it up at my local Altex location?
 

Unfortunately at this time Altex does not have an option to pay online and pickup in one of our retail locations, however you can reserve items online by selecting “Request Pickup at Altex Store” during the checkout process so that your items will be waiting in Will Call when you get there so that all you have to do is pay and then you can be on your way if you are in a hurry.

How soon will my order be shipped?
 

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3:00 pm (Central Standard Time) are usually shipped out the same day. Delivery of merchandise will depend on the selected method of delivery, and product availability. Please note that your Credit Card/Account will not be charged until your order ships.

Can Altex ship to an APO/FPO?
 

Yes, Altex is proud to support the men and women in the military service and the diplomatic personnel that work hard for us overseas. Processing time for APO/FPO shipments can vary by up to 4 days.

Does Altex accept International Orders?
 

Yes, at Altex we welcome International Orders. Most International Orders must be paid using wire transfer as the payment method. Credit Cards will be accepted on a case by case basis. Prices are in US dollars. All fees and duties associated with orders will not be included in the shipping but will be due to the local customs agency in order to receive the product. Upon placing the order Altex Electronics, Ltd. will respond with the Routing number for the Wire Transfer.

How do I return an order that was placed online?
 

All returns require a Return Authorization Number. Please contact our customer service department to assist you with this process. Please have your original receipt to help speed up this process.

Merchandise Return Policy

An Original Receipt is required for all Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty Services.

All returns and exchanges must include all contents included in the original packaging.

Returns and exchanges are valid for 14 days from the original date of purchase on qualified items.

Altex offers a 90-day limited warranty, which covers defects in materials or workmanship in originally purchased products from date of original purchase. Product may be replaced or repaired at Altex and/or the manufacturers discretion.

A 15% Restocking Fee is charged on returned products.
