Does Altex provide customer financing?

Altex offers numerous financing options with a fast easy credit process. Business to Business technology leasing is available for all your product and service needs. I can not find the product I need. Can it still be purchased through Altex?

We work close with our vendors to meet all of our customers needs. Just contact one of our experienced sales staff and they can help you get the product you need special ordered.

 

Do I have to obtain an Altex account to get a quote? And what does it cost?

Absolutely not, although there are numerous advantages having an Altex customer account that makes your shopping experience a breeze. Altex provides all Custom Quotes for free, whether the quote is for large order quantity pricing, a hard to find special order part, or just a couple of networking cables. I want to make a purchase online, but would like to pick up the order at my local Altex retail store location. Is this possible?

At Altex anything is possible. Although we don't have a special shipping option for Web Order Willcalls, all you need do is place your order as usual and add in the comments box that you want to place a WEB ORDER WILLCALL, and most importantly which store to have your order ready at the willcall counter, and we handle the rest.

 

Is there another way to make a purchase other than online?

What is the average wait time for computer service?

There are two ways to have Altex service your computer system.
1. In-store repair the wait time averages 2 to 3 days and is on a first come first serviced basis.
2. On-site service is scheduling an average of 1 to 3 days out.

 

My computer is running slow, can a technician come to my place of business?

On-site service is available in Texas covering areas near our stores in Houston, Austin, Corpus Christi, San Antonio and surrounding areas. Call 1-800-531-5369 to schedule an appointment.

 

I need a complete surveillance system that can be monitored remotely, can you help?

Yes we can! Altex offers extensive lines of security cameras and DVR (Digital Video Recorder) systems to fill all our customers' individual needs. Just contact Altex for your FREE Networking and Surveillance Quote.

 

What installation services do you offer?

Altex service teams install home/office networking solutions, media and home entertainment rooms Security surveillance system and more. What if the item I am looking for is not in stock?

No problem! We make it easy to get the parts you need special ordered. Call our helpful sales staff at 800/531-5369 and they can either back order the exact part you are looking for or help you find an adequate substitute.

 

What payment options does Altex.com offer?

Altex online orders have the option to pay by Credit Card or Net30 for customers with established accounts. Other payments options are available if you call in your order.

 

How fast will my items be shipped?

Orders received before 3:00 p.m. Mon - Fri are usually shipped the same day. Delivery of merchandise may take up to two weeks, depending on freight method selected and product availability. Your credit card account will not be charged until your order ships.

 

Will Altex ship to an APO?

Yes, Altex will ship to APO's, although processing time for APO shipments may be extended up to 4 days.

 

Does Altex accept international orders?

We welcome secure international orders. All international orders must be paid using wire transfer as payment method. Credit Cards will be accepted on a case by case basis. Prices are in US dollars. All fees and duties associated with orders will not be included in the shipping but will be due to the local customs agency in order to receive the product. Upon placing the order Altex Electronics, Ltd. will respond with the Routing number for the Wire Transfer.

 

How do I return an order that was placed online?

Return Authorization is required (RA). Please contact Altex's customer service department sales@altex.com or toll-free at 800/531-5369 in the event you wish to return an order. After you receive the RA number you will be instructed on where to return the product(s).
*Note* for walk in returns this is not necessary. Just please have your receipt.

 

Merchandise Return Policy

� Original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges and warranty repair services.
� We accept returns and exchanges fourteen (14) days from date of purchase.
� Non-returnable, non-refundable exceptions to the 14-day return/exchange policy include: Special order items, CPU's & memory not installed by Altex technicians, labor, software, opened & used printers, media, test equipment, batteries, custom cable assemblies, pre-cut wire or cable, and any item modified, altered, defaced or missing retail packaging with original contents.
� A 15% restocking fee may be charged on returned product.
� Altex offers a 90-day limited warranty, which covers defects in materials or workmanship in originally purchased product from date of original purchase. Product may be replaced or repaired at Altex and manufacturer discretion.

Just login to your customer account and there is an option under My Orders that lets you view your previous orders.
