- 1-3 years work experience in the PC repair field.
- Good communication, and people skills.
- Working knowledge of current PC hardware trends.
- Working knowledge of PC hardware and components.
- Working knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing Laptop computers.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot PC hardware and software related problems.
- Working knowledge of DOS, Windows 98, ME, 2K, XP and Windows Server 2000 and 2003.
- * Working knowledge of planning, configuring, and troubleshooting networks and network problems not required but a plus.
