The Altex Custom System Warranty Policy covers 1-year labor and 1-year parts on all computer components inside the case at the time of purchase. Certified computer technicians will handle warranty work in a timely manner at any of our store locations.

• Altex Electronics, Ltd. will custom build your new PC as well as load and optimize the selected operating system with all current updates and a proper “Burn In” process all at no additional charge for a qualifying Altex Custom Build.
• Altex Electronics, Ltd. Custom System Warranty, 1–year parts and 1–year labor from the original purchase date.

Requirements: Original components must include at a minimum the following:

• Computer Case
• Mainboard and Processor
• Memory
• Video Card
• Hard Drive
• Modem or Network Interface Card
• CD Drive or DVD Drive
• Current OEM Operating System of your Choice
• Power Surge Strip (RJll with Joule rating of 1200+)
