Maintenance, Repair and Support Plan
Because things can occasionally not go as planned with equipment, each of Altex
Electronics' locations has a well-versed technical staff on-hand to provide assistance,
where needed, 7 days per week, as well as by telephone by calling (800)531-5369.
Our technical service hours are M-F 8:00a.m. to 7:00p.m., Saturdays 10:00a.m. to
5:00p.m. and Sunday 12:00p.m. to 5:00p.m. Additionally, Altex Electronics can provide
rapid turn around time on technical services, such as repairs or upgrades, at a

Statement of Guarantee
We will make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state
for at least 3 years after a product is discontinued.
