Portable Local Power for Network Jacks
The 3Com® Network Jack AC Power Supply powers an individual Network Jack or IntelliJack™ product from a local wall outlet.
This power supply is required if your LAN does not have Power over Ethernet. Or you can use it to test and configure individual Network Jack or IntelliJack™ products during setup, prior to powering up the device.
Features:
- Plugs into the Network Jack or IntelliJack™ product at the wall; transforms standard AC power into low-voltage DC
- Enables a 3Com Network Jack (NJ100, NJ200) and IntelliJack product (3CNJ105, 3CNJ205) to forward power to another IEEE 802.3af-compliant device
- Network jacks can also be powered with 3Com Ethernet Power Products (3C10220, 3C10222) for 3Com NBX® telephones
