Component video connectors bypass the TV’s Y/C separator and Color
Decoder, routing the color (Y, Cr, Cb) directly into TV’s matrix decoder.
Sending the pure DVD component Video signal to an input-equipped display
device (such as a TV) the DVD signal forgoes extra processing that
normally degrade the image. This vastly improved video can result only if
cables have been designed for use in this application.
Philmore Com-V Video Cables are supplied with three (3) color coded RCA
male connectors on each end. These cables are fully in compliance with
industry standards and compatible with DVD players from makers such
as Panasonic, Pioneer, Toshiba, Sony etc.
